    Who Are We?

    Swft is an exciting tech start-up that is creating innovative networking solutions for companies and individuals striving for sustainability and efficiency.

    The Product

    Digital business cards for companies to improve sales efficiency, build quality connections and reduce their environmental footprint. Users can share customised digital profiles via digital wallets and NFC embedded Swft Products.

    Current Stage

    MVP is built, has over 15,000 profile visits and is being used by hundreds of users, including teams from companies such as Deloitte, TUI and more. We are currently building Swft Business, a subscription-based model for companies to centrally manage profiles, view advanced analytics and integrate with CRM systems.

    Meanwhile, one of the current focuses is raising a seed round of investment. We hope to complete the first round in a few months.

    The Role

    You'll be joining the founder as a sales/marketing co-founder. The main responsibilities include:

    • Developing and executing a sales & marketing strategy
    • Lead generation and closing new sales
    • Manage sales and marketing teams (when we get them)
    • Help with all other areas of the business e.g. product, strategy

    You don't need tons of experience, but excellent networking and communication skills are a definite requirement. I am mainly looking for a co-founder who is passionate about the business and has the same level of determination as me to make this successful.

    The position is part-time with no salary until we complete the first round of funding. If you have experience in raising investment then that's a plus.
