EC has enjoyed fast growth so far and we are keen to continue that momentum by adding an Junior Sales & Lead Generation Executive to the team.

 

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quickly expanding team at a time where you will have the chance to make a real difference, grow with us and expand your knowledge and skillset.

We are looking for a Junior Membership Sales & Lead Generation Executive to help us grow the community. Working under the guidance of our senior team you will be responsible for identifying high-quality start-ups from outside of our existing network, who would both benefit from membership as well as adding value to the community. As well as finding new members the role will also cover managing existing accounts, understanding their needs and upselling&cross selling where appropriate.

You will need to be a highly motivated self-starter who is capable of generating and qualifying their own leads. You will need to have strong communication skills, especially via email and LinkedIn, and be comfortable building suitable rapport over video calls and face to face, as well as being well organised with good time-management skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience a big plus, but not essential
  • Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM great, but you will be trained if not
  • Be able to work from our London office 3+ days per week
  • Be able to attened regular evening events (normally Thursdays)
  • Be a self-starter capable of creating and developing their own pipeline
  • Have a keen interest in entrepreneurship and the start-up world
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning, reporting and organisation skills
  • Founder, Start-up or Entrepreneurial experience ideal but not essential

Salary:

We offer a competive basic package for the right candidate plus generous comission for targets hit and sales closed.
