  • About the role

As a People Administrator at Motorway, you are pivotal in ensuring various departments, processes and employees are working in unison. This role facilitates the flow and protection of information so that all employees can work smoothly when it comes to people related matters. This role suits a people professional who has a systematic approach, highly organised, detail-oriented and relishes getting multiple tasks completed in a day. You will play a leading role in maintaining the communication between the people team and the wider business, helping resolve queries and in most cases, will be the first point of contact for administrative activities.

You will be surrounded by a team of fun, smart people who care about shaping an environment where outstanding individuals can thrive. We’re a values driven, results-focused organisation, and we’re looking for someone who wants to add to that. • Excellent organisational skills, very detail oriented and ability to work with a minimal error mindset.
    • Ability to prioritise independently and be highly proactive.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Administrators need to treat all people equally and know how to best utilise them based on their unique talents, skills and experiences.
    • A humble, trusted team player with ability to work independently, with the ability to handle confidential information.
    • Collaboration: encouraging teamwork across all levels and departments.
