We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our talented Marketing team.  This role will suit you if you’ve got some experience of managing both Facebook (Meta) and Google Advertising campaigns for a fast-growing SME or start up B2C business.  We’d love you to have subscription experience, although that’s not essential. You’ll be highly creative, analytical, collaborative and used to working in a smaller team environment.  You’ll be happy to roll up your sleeves with a flexible, can-do approach and you’ll love learning!

Responsibilities.  

You will: 

  • Execute paid social media and PPC campaigns.
  • Implement a strategy to optimise and launch various PPC & SMM campaigns whilst working to a target ROI/Target CAC.
  • Work closely with our in-house designer to deliver creative content tailored to the audience.
  • Use data and a test driven approach to optimise and grow the channel. Extensive testing on audiences, ad copy and creative.
  • Oversee accounts on paid advertising platforms e.g. Google adwords, Bing, Display, Programmatic, Paid Social.
  • Report to the Performance Marketing Lead and work in close alignment with the marketing team across all channels to deliver campaigns.
  • Produce daily reporting of KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for growth. Communicate KPIs with key stakeholders.
  • Create engaging and relevant ad copy to boost campaign conversion.
  • Stay abreast of current and upcoming trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities within the channel.
  • Implement and improve tracking including use of offline conversion tracking tools.

Requirements:

As mentioned above, you’ll have experience of paid marketing campaigns across both Google and Facebook/Meta. You’ll also have: 

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in GSuite or MS Office
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal English are essential) and team playing skills
  • Superb analytical skills, and a creative mindset, you’ll enjoy experimenting and seeing what works
