    Your Role

    We need a hands-on field marketer to accelerate top of the funnel and generate high quality sales opportunities. You will lead initiatives through a variety of tactics and channels to meet and exceed demand generation objectives as it relates to acquisition strategies, including market-specific trends. 

    You will own the marketing numbers (MQLs, pipeline opportunities and closed won business) as a key part of overall pipeline generation for the business. You will work hand in hand with the sales and product team. 

    You will have experience 3-5 years of marketing experience and have experience working in an entrepreneurial team and scaling a company by bootstrapping. 

    The ideal candidate:

    • You have a sense of urgency and relentless focus on meeting OKRs/KPIs
    • You are experienced creating email lists, content, landing pages, lead funnels, that drive conversion
    • You have 1-2 years of experience targeting HR buyers
    • You are a critical thinker and problem-solver 
    • You have a curious mind and are not afraid to experiment
    • You eat and breathe data – you are highly organised and analytical
    • While being a self-starter, you are also a great team-player
    • You have outstanding communication skills, effective both internally and externally
    • You have experience of and thrives in an early-stage start-up environment

    Skills & Experience

    • 2-4 years of proven success in building and scaling new logo demand generation, customer acquisition and engagement programs, ideally within fast growing B2B SaaS based technology companies.
    • Comfortable diving into data to produce informed strategic recommendations and insights,reporting back on subsequent ROI (high degree of familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot).
    • Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude; willing and able to get in the weeds
    • Fluency in English required
    • Experience targeting HR buyers will be viewed positively
