    Simba is the world’s first healthy ageing subscription service on a mission to enable everyone to live better for longer.

    People are living longer than ever before, and yet so many still dread the thought of ageing. Growing older is still associated with an inevitable slowing down, poor health and a diminished quality of life overall. Yet, there is overwhelming research to show that most problems assumed to be age-related can be solved by the right lifestyle choices and a positive attitude to ageing.

    Simba Health is built out of our desire to change the way everyone ages. We empower users to make the behavioural changes they need to maintain their quality of life at any age, whatever their background or medical condition. By helping them protect their health while celebrating all the things which get better with age, we allow their final decades to be as rich, active and vibrant as the ones before.

    Our subscription service provides users with expert, personalised, on-demand health coaching to support them with the three key pillars of healthy ageing: fitness, reducing the risk of disease, and community. This is complimented by our consumer mobile app which enables users to capture, track, and share their health data and receive tailored guidance.

    We are looking for a digital marketing freelance contractor who has a track record of helping early-stage companies accelerate their growth.

    What you’ll do

    • Take ownership of our customer acquisition funnel
    • Optimise our marketing spend / ROI across paid social channels
    • Collaborate with designers to produce compelling creatives for campaigns
    • Work with product team to optimise site and conversion experience for users
    • Deliver weekly reports on campaigns and A/B tests to stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Worked in a startup previously and have experience building processes from scratch
    • Proven track record of acquiring new users through key digital channels, especially paid social (Facebook/Instagram most importantly)
    • Good analytical knowledge and have experience relying on data to optimise campaigns
    • Independent and proactive with strong ability to work independently with guided direction
    • Experience marketing B2C app-based or subscription based products is a big plus
