    💥 Who you are

    We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious salesperson - someone who has experience in executing all aspects of the sales lifecycle, from prospecting leads to closing deals. Leadership and mentorship skills are essential. You will also have the fundamental responsibility of helping to build out the sales team and the core commercial processes of the business. These include implementing the sales and marketing strategy and driving the direction of product development.

     

    We appreciate that selling can be hard and often you’ll be faced with rejection, so having thick skin (and a really supportive team behind you!) is essential. We are seeking someone who understands the hustle and scrappy nature needed to make a startup successful, and therefore thrives off getting stuck in and wearing multiple hats. Embracing creativity and curiosity is critical.

    ⚡ What you have

    • Minimum three years proven track record of selling SaaS products in startups/small businesses
    • Experience in both prospecting to closing deals
    • Grit and determination to succeed in a dynamic startup environment
    • Experience in training and guiding junior salespeople
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Be able to demonstrate empathy and active listening
    • Previous experience in demoing and presenting SaaS products to prospective clients
    • Strong work ethic
    • Based in or near London. At least three days in the office per week

     

    💻 What you’ll be doing

    • Report directly to the founders
    • Prospect and qualify new clients
    • Secure sign ups all the way through to onboarding
    • Help build out the sales team
    • Take ownership and build out the commission structure of the business
    • Work to monthly and quarterly sales and onboarding targets
    • Create and continuously develop sales strategy and processes
    • Research the market to identify trends, new markets and customer needs
    • Figure out the fundamentals and foundations of selling our product, from the messaging we use to the collateral required to support it
    • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships
    • Research and setup the best tools to help you succeed
    • Track, analyse and report on the sales funnel & A/B tests
    • Relaying customer feedback to engineering
