The Role

As our Senior Partner Manager, you'll drive growth through our agency and technology partners through strategy and management as we scale. Partnerships have been key to our growth in 2022, and continue to be a huge focus in 2023, as we look to achieve our ambitious revenue goals.

You'll have the opportunity to be commercial creative, uncovering new partnership opportunities that generate net new revenue for the business and will play a critical role in growing the channel.

You’ll be responsible for all day-to-day activities, ensuring best-in-class relationships and a strong campaign strategy that drives new business revenue for Mention Me and our 3rd party partners.

You will be focused on building joint product value propositions, driving sales enablement and field interaction, pipeline management and forecasting, and proactive business planning and business development.


What you’ll do:

  • You'll deliver against the opportunity and revenue targets
  • You'll generate an opportunity pipeline across your agency and tech partner portfolio
  • You'll identify new and existing partners and manage their development within the Mention Me partner program accordingly
  • You'll support the technical and training requirements of our partners
  • You'll design and implement initiatives to increase sales and overall channel growth
  • You'll represent Mention Me at industry events, attending conferences, webinars and round-table events
  • You'll act as a funnel to bring information, updates and trends from the partners back to the team, collaborating with nearly all departments at Mention Me.

We'd really like to hear from you, if...

  • You've got a strong sales background, with around 3 years total experience in sales / account management / partnerships
  • You proactively identify opportunities to scale success for clients and partners, and can handle multi-stakeholder deals
  • You have strong knowledge of the martech ecosystem, with an understanding of cross-channel marketing and practices used by retail and e-commerce brands. You're able to demonstrate how our product adds value, and integrates with their tech stack.
  • You are confident with data, and how best to use the wealth of data we have, specifically how it can improve client and partners performance.
  • You collaborate well with others. Nothing we do is done in isolation. You'll be open to sharing input and ideas with the team, and have the gravitas to conduct multi-department projects, galvanising teams to work towards a common goal

What to expect after you apply:

You'll receive a feedback survey once you've applied, that will ask you to provide completely anonymous feedback on your candidate experience so far. You can expect to hear back from us within 3 working days, regardless of the outcome. It could take a few days longer if there’s an unexpected delay, but we definitely won’t leave you hanging.

If we progress with your application, you’ll be invited to arrange a 30-minute call with either Dom (our Talent Partner).

After the initial conversation, if it’s a good match both ways, you’ll be invited to a virtual meet with the hiring manager, Jocelyn.

Following a successful first stage interview, you’ll be invited to the 2nd stage which is a task interview with Jocelyn (Head of Partnerships) Natalie (Head of Sales) and Kat (Head of Tech Partners).
