General administrative functions, managing and making sure the stock management for the supplies and product that needs to be ordered on a monthly or weekly basis are up to date.
Managing and checking the cleaners, maintenance, and office calendar for visitors.
Supporting the team on an auction journey includes but is not limited to;
- Checking the Auctions and the contracts
- Reaching out to the clients if the contract is not signed
- Register the coins in our software
- Arrange a list and skeleton of the auction flow
- Double check invoices, descriptions and coins
- List the coins in the auction platforms
- Once the auction is over, check with the finance team for the payments
- Download the statistics and manage invoices and winner email outreaches
- Support the team with post-sale product shipments and tracking
- Dept chasing and double checking the vendor bank details
Support the team or management with preparing documents and reports, scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining information and providing general office support.
Providing excellent customer service by answering all phone calls with an appropriate greeting and directing them to relevant team members.
Managing the main email inbox to respond and refer to a relevant team member to reach 0 emails inbox.
Assisting visitors with drinks and needed support when required.
