We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager with 4+ years B2B product management experience to shape the future of our software and help us scale the business through a new stage of growth. Working closely with the CEO, you will work cross-functionally to manage new features and improve current ones, being responsible for new feature projects from idea to launch.

The Product Manager role at Deskpro is perfect for you if:
- 4+ years B2B software experience and shipped great products in a fast growing software company.
- Experienced managing projects with developers & designers, comfortable holding technical conversations.
- Obsessively analytical, you thrive in bringing simplicity to complex and technical environments.
As a Product Manager here at Deskpro, you will be responsible for making important product decisions and taking features from idea to completion, so need to be able to define and articulate the product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders.
- Managing new software projects across both the development and design teams to get features built and released.
- Prioritising between short term wins and longer term strategy.
- Improving our software product, collaborating with different teams, working across the whole lifecycle of a feature from idea to release.
- Selling new product ideas and features internally as well as externally.
- Researching, investigating understanding which features / components would be good to add to Deskpro & writing business cases to present to the team.
- 'Playing' with a multitude of successful software solutions, including API docs.
- Leading the developer & design teams in executing its agile processes, seeking to optimise these as you go.
- Helping your team to build, deliver, measure, learn at a fast pace.
Requirements
You will be responsible for making important product decisions and taking features from idea to completion, so you need to be able to define and articulate a product strategy and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
- 4+ years of product management experience with B2B software.
- You’ve shipped great products in a fast growing software company before.
- Naturally curious and effective problem solver. The root of the problem is what you're always aiming for.
- Obsessively analytical, you thrive in bringing simplicity to complex environments.
- Experienced managing projects with developers & designers, comfortable holding technical conversations.
- A rapid ability to learn. Deskpro is a powerful product, so there is a large product to learn, understand and improve.
- You have your own opinions and know how to communicate them effectively to the right people.
- Confident managing product roadmap, expectations and developers time.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL and using API's in products.
- You’re happy working with a technical team that deals with ambiguity every day.
- You derive energy from owning uncertainty and risk.
