We’re looking for a pragmatic Product Designer that’s looking to join a small but mighty product team, having a hands-on and very influential role in a product that genuinely makes people happier. The role is based in the UK.

    About More Happi

More Happi is on a mission to make coaching accessible to everyone with a pioneering low cost, 1:1 coaching model.

We've created a revolutionary, anti-bureaucratic model where price is no longer a barrier. From the intern to the CEO, we offer everyone unlimited access to a community of passionate coaches. With confidential conversations about any area of life, from relationships to parenting, career to confidence – a coach is a champion and cheerleader (minus the pompoms).

We're trusted by some of the world's most innovative, impact-driven and downright inspirational brands, including Pact Coffee, Heights, Beam, Hello Fresh, SEON, Ultraleap, Daye and Friends of the Earth.

We have a collaborative, supportive culture that embraces the human before the role. You will be part of a team that learns, grows and is passionate about providing life-changing coaching sessions to our users.

    • An excellent verbal and written communicator
    • Comfortable with ambiguity
    • Familiar with lean / agile principles and iterative delivery
    • Adapt to fast-moving product requirements, typical of early-stage Startups
