Oxford Changemakers is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and driven marketing guru to join our team. We have a great product and are growing steadily. Your job will be to supercharge that growth.

Ideally, you will have some experience in marketing and/or recruitment. We are keen to expand our marketing to the following channels:

Facebook,

Indeed,

Instagram,

Tik Tok,

Google Jobs,

Google ppc,

Direct mail,

Uni Ambassadors,

PR,

etc

We sell a training program where students earn around £300 and in return donate £100 to our social enterprise. We are on a mission to raise £1m for Cancer Research UK through this training program. 

Our vision is for tens of thousands of students to take our training program every year as a means to:

1. Earn some money for themselves
2. Enhance their CV’s by learning new skills, and showing interest in the non-profit sector
3. Get some work experience
4. Support good causes

Through this, we can raise hundreds of thousands every year to support good causes. 

Experience with selling Online Courses would be a bonus. Working with universities/schools/charities would also set you apart. 

You will be responsible for the marketing strategy to drive growth.
