And we're currently hiring a Brand Manager to join the team.

THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be responsible for building and growing the Homethings brand and community through best in class marketing, content, partnerships and customer experience.

We’re looking for a driven brand builder and content creator with a hunger and passion for driving brand awareness and growth through clever marketing.

Our brand is the heart + soul of our business. We’ve built the foundations of a unique and compelling challenger in the category - your job will be to drive the growth of the brand by building, owning and executing a best-in-class brand marketing strategy. You will be responsible for ideating and delivering the initiatives required to achieve our ambitious objectives as we build a whole new category in home care.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Owning the brand strategy across every touch point.
  • Being obsessed with our core brand message + building our brand narrative through creative content + storytelling.
  • Be a guardian of the brand, ensuring all assets and comms are on brand and that our brand visual is stand-out and best in class across all touchpoints.
  • Owning the execution of the marketing strategy across organic, OOH, socials, partnerships, PR, Comms + Influencers.
  • Manage 360-degree content, community and brand marketing campaigns from inception to approvals, execution and post-analysis.
  • Own the reporting of relevant KPIs across the team ensuring we’re data led and customer centric.
  • Using innovative content, partnerships, activations and comms to drive brand reach and awareness within our target audience groups.
  • Supporting the execution of the marketing strategy across web content and assets for paid social and paid search.
  • Being obsessed with delivering customer happiness, loyalty and advocacy through best in class customer experience across the whole customer journey (point of sale, unboxing, usage, after sales, customer support)
  • Be the voice of the customer in everything we do using customer insights to inform the wider team.
  • Support commercial targets through brand marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of relevant external agencies and freelancers to deliver against brand content, comms + community initiatives.

THINGS YOU’LL BE MEASURED ON

  • Brand reach + awareness (through surveys, social media reach / following, email + SMS distribution lists + number of PR placements etc)
  • Content engagement rates (social, email, SMS)
  • Organic web traffic generated through brand marketing activities

 

THINGS YOU’LL NEED

We want a driven self starter with a proven track record in brand marketing at a fast-paced CPG company. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:

  • Demonstrable ability and a passion for building a disruptive challenger brand in a huge category.
  • A passion for sustainability and using your skills to create impact through positive consumer behavioural change.
  • Great intuition for tone of voice, messaging and brand storytelling.
  • Creativity and intuition for truly great content that cuts through.
  • A determined, can-do attitude and a bias for action.
  • Strong soft skills for building a team and relationships internally and externally.
  • 3+ years of brand marketing experience in CPG.
  • A passion for understanding customers and what makes them happy.
