Clevertech is a leading software development consultancy, with a staff of 600+, all working remotely. We’re looking for a Technical Recruitment Lead to manage and optimize our recruitment process, and help us recruit the best talent out there.
Your Role- Lead the recruitment team of full-time recruiters, tech interviewers and application reviewers
- Establish and monitor the recruiting efforts to support the growth demands
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs in a timely manner
- Be a key part of the management team, reporting directly to the C-suite.
- Devise and implement strategies to find the best talent
- Drive new initiatives across recruiting, HR and Culture focused on talent acquisition, retention and other related activities.
You should have 7 out of the 8 following requirements
- You are hands-on and results-oriented
- You are data-driven, numbers-savvy
- You have taken responsibility for coordinating and following up on the entire recruiting process.
- You have worked in a high-growth dynamic company
- You have recruited various technology positions and have a good high-level understanding of the software development world.
- You helped scale a tech company from 100's to 1k employees
- You devised and implemented strategies to attract talent, namely around job boards, website and SEO strategy
- You have software engineering background
