We are looking for a dynamic and creative person who support the development of the different areas of the business including:

• Operations

• Take care of the delivery system between our ecommerce platform and our 3PL partner ensuring the best service for our customers
• Day to day main contact for our 3PL partner
• Supporting on stock management 
• Set up and improvement of processes across the business; you’ll help identify inefficiencies and quickly implement solutions
• Management of retailer details on CRM system
• Documenting the logistics and operations processes and identify areas of opportunity
• Ensure perfect quality of service and implement the right processes to avoid shortage, ensure on-time & in-full deliveries
• Monitor performance KPIs
• Drive costs down along the supply chain by managing stocks, minimising waste, and streamlining the supply organisation
• Helping drive COGS down, including reduction of :
• Storage & Distribution Costs 
• Product Costs  
• Waste 
• Ad-hoc operations activities 
• Working closely with the marketing team to resolve customer requests
• EDI
• Finance - Month-end supporting docs

• Commercial/Sales:

• Customer onboarding and setup
• Documenting customer specific requirements 
• Orders processing and follow up (end to end process)
• Receivables

ABOUT YOU:

• Eligible to work in the UK
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• A logical and rational mindset; simplifying complex problems and offering clear and effective solutions
• Capacity to understand the bigger business picture
• Ability to manage complexity and be able to consider things from multiple perspectives
• Ability to work closely with all internal departments, Sales and Marketing, Customer Services, the warehouse, IT and Finance, requiring the need to be a proactive team-player, and be able to build relationships quickly
• Ability to build strong networks within internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to think about better ways of working and make ideas a reality
• Strong attention to detail skills
