Cruisy is a start-up innovating within the peer-to-peer car sharing space

We are looking for a CTO/Technical Co-Founder to join our small team and lead the development of our innovative car-sharing platform. As our tech guru, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our product, as well as advising the management team on all things technical.

We're not just looking for any tech wiz, though. We need someone who up to send at the crag with the best of 'em or at least up for giving it a go. 
If you have experience in the automotive or finance industry, that's a plus, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of our platform with the implementation and maintenance of software systems.
- Work closely with our operations and design teams to ensure the platform meets our customers' needs and aligns with our company vision.
- Manage and build a team of developers to deliver a high-quality platform product.
- Stay ahead of the competition by driving innovation and experimentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in software development, system architecture, and/or product management.
Strong leadership and management skills to lead a high-performing team.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
