The role
We are looking for an experienced manager based in London to join us in building our Causal AI technology to optimise every business on the planet. This is a full-time placement with significant opportunities for personal development.
What you'll do
The BDR Manager will work alongside our team of world class engineers, data scientists, and commercial executives to help us become one of the most recognized names in Tech. You will wear many hats to oversee, train and develop our high-performing BDR team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in account-based sales development strategies to optimally deliver pipeline growth across the different industry/use case divisions. They will have proven ability to orchestrate sales development messaging and campaign strategy with sales, product marketing, and demand gen teams. Coordinate territory strategies to align specialist teams to present the right messaging to the right customer without fatiguing contacts or accounts. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Own objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring for each member of the BDR team; including managing and analyzing their accountability to the expected metrics and KPIs.

Generate revenue by motivating a high-producing BDR team to hit sales targets.

Assess current team sales processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement those improvements across the department.

Build out the BDR team by identifying and training top-notch sales talent; including creating and maintaining relevant training materials aimed to quickly integrate new salespeople on an ongoing basis.
Job requirements

3-5 years of experience in a B2B Sales management role required.

Proven track record in enterprise sales and Account-Based Marketing.

Experience coaching and developing a sales team of 5+ people.

Ability to motivate and energize a diverse sales team to hit quota

Unbeatable understanding of solution-based selling to large organizations
-
Highly motivated and independent self-starter who is energized by challenges and thinking outside the box, but is also analytical and data-driven by nature.

Data-informed leadership- excellent at SFDC and Outreach reporting and Excel modeling. Strong experience with a CRM (Hubspot and Salesforce) is a must.
