The role
We are looking for a B2B SaaS Product Marketer to join us in building our Causal AI technology to optimise decision- making in every business on the planet. This is a full-time placement with significant opportunities for personal development.
What you'll do
The Senior Product Marketer will work alongside our team of world class engineers, data scientists, and commercial executives to help us become one of the most recognized names in Tech. You will be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our global presence and boost sales. The successful candidate will have significant experience of planning and managing projects with multiple stakeholders. The goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Understand the market, buyer personas, ideal customer profile, the buyer journey, etc. and feed insights back to stakeholders to inform go-to-market strategies

Develop product messaging and positioning with unique selling points that set causaLens apart from the competition.

Work closely with Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Success teams to translate our product positioning into compelling and impactful narratives and value props throughout the entire buyer journey.

Enable our Sales teams with compelling and high-impact collateral, use cases, sales plays, customer stories, and tools that resonate with our buyers

Work closely with our Demand Gen team to develop and execute integrated strategies and campaigns that drive demand across our target accounts.

Partner across teams to build momentum and drive our vision and roadmap, across channels and markets

Be a trusted partner to the product team and relay customer, sales, and market insights to inform product roadmap decisions and strategy.
Qualifications And Experience
-
5+ years of product marketing or related experience (ex: product management) in B2B enterprise SaaS
-
Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude who can succeed in a hyper-growth environment
-
Expert on enterprise sales cycles and buyer personas with experience enabling enterprise GTM teams
-
A good storyteller with strong writing and communication skills and an eye for good design who can succinctly translate technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with external and internal audiences
What you will bring to the role

A demonstrated, practical understanding of AI and ML within a complex product environment (communications experience would be a bonus)

Insight and understanding of how AI is applied to unlock business value
Job requirements

Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role
-
Experience in market analysis
-
Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)

Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)

Excellent communication skills
-
Someone with a keen eye for detail who is creative & resilient

Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
