Head of Operations at CitizenLab

As our Head of Operations, your main objective will be to make our vision a reality. You put adequate structures and processes in place for the flawless execution of our plans across teams. We are looking for a strategic mind to take transversal ownership of our organisational backbone (people & culture, operations, legal & administration, etc), leading our small Ops team.

— Company Ops: An organizer to help develop a picture of the priorities, projects, decisions, and actions that should be in the brain space of the CEO. You evaluate performance through OKRs and KPIs, and inform strategy by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. You support planning processes and cross-team collaboration for flawless execution.

— People & Culture: An organisation builder who formalizes policies to promote CitizenLab’s culture and vision, together with our People & Culture Manager. You help build a high-performance culture, building on CitizenLab’s core values of purpose, transparency, bold thinking, and ownership.

— Special Projects: An extra set of hands to help execute strategic priorities, from helping prepare board meetings, over drafting legal agreements, to monthly investor reports. As our HoO, you will work closely with the CEO and will get to wear many hats, in line with the company’s priorities.
