Burst Digital is a digital agency I founded in 2019, doing branding, web design, marketing, SEO & pitch deck design. The team currently stands at 10 people and the company has a profitable, scaleable business model. We've worked with a wide range of clients including the likes of Vivienne Westwood, and have delivered 100s of projects. 

I'm looking for somebody to run the business as I'm moving to the US to focus on another startup.

I've broken down the key aspects of what I currently do (and what you'd need to do) below. The role will come with a 15-35% equity stake (and dividend split) depending on skills & experience.

General:

• Managing overall company strategy & execution
• Ensuring the company stays on a consistent growth trajectory

Growth:

• Creating & executing a client acquisition strategy monthly
• Ensure all elements of the strategy are being properly executed (both by yourself & employees)

Management:

• Ensuring employees:
• Work efficiently
• Produce high-quality work
• Uphold our values
• Decide on salaries & raises
• Hiring decisions

Accounting:

• Ensure all invoices are paid
• Track cash flow
• Process payroll
• Handle accounting software

Day-to-day:

• Keep track of client projects and ensure they’re running smoothly
• Make sure employees are handling all tasks with gentle check-ins
• Have client meetings

Sales (note I'm currently hiring an account manager role to take over these functions):

• Deal with all inbound leads - close them
• Create proposals
• Create & send contracts
