What would you be doing?

• Work closely with key stakeholders to support marketing and sales activities, for example, creating website proposals.
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from clients' social media campaigns & clients' websites.
• Propose new initiatives & ideas based on data.
• Create bespoke landing pages for clients and keep up with general website updates.
• Sit in team meetings, take notes, and address action items.

Critical software that you would use

• WordPress.
• Adobe Package (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Hubspot.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & Spanish.
• Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to deliver on time.
• Attention to detail with analytical, problem-solving/creative skills.

What would you learn with us?

• Draft proposals & manage client relationships from start to finish, including outreach, meeting, proposal darting and project management & delivery.
• Develop websites and graphics that are appealing, well designed and informative.
• Develop branding or marketing material (i.e. logo, brand book, social media content etc).
• If interested, there is also the possibility of learning how to develop software.

About the position

• Full-time with the possibility of a permanent full-time position after the first six months.
• Hybrid from London Business School or fully remote.
• The salary would be of 1,200/month.
• Website design & development and graphic design training will be provided.
