WellStayed is a new global, technology-enabled platform bringing together multi-day wellness experiences and retreats with a growing group of wellness-conscious travellers.

We have ambitions to become the dominant player in the wellness tourism sector in the next five years.

We are current seeking a Head of Operations/Cofounder to complement our current team which includes founders with experience in building, operating and scaling entrepreneurial ventures and a slate of expert advisors from the travel industry.

The ideal candidate would be interested in wellness travel and be able to demonstrate astute commercial awareness and operational excellence. Ideally, they would have experience working with start-ups, consumer-focused technology and online travel. This is someone with the ability to execute the necessary tasks that will help the business to grow.

The ideal candidate will also be familiar with online growth, outreach campaigns, lead generation and customer acquisition strategies. It is also important that you are digital savvy and possess an entrepreneurial flair.

This is a pivotal role that will help us fully launch as well as take us through to the next stage of growth.

Currently this is a pre investment appointment with founding equity on offer but no initial salary. Upon completion of our fund raise successful candidates will secure salaries and remain within the business.

We're flexible at this time and interested to hear from people in the UK who can work on either a full or part time basis and would be available for monthly in person meetings in London.
