  • Smart Working is a unique tech business!  We are specialists in sourcing and providing the very best remote international I.T. talent to work for European businesses at a 50% annual saving.

    We are two years old and are very proud of what we have achieved. Our annual run rate has passed £2m and is on target to reach £5m in the next 18 months. Most importantly, we are already profitable and self funding. Having more than proved the concept we are in a really exciting position now, with the funds available, to supercharge our growth. 

    The opportunity for the Smart Working team is huge! We are looking for great people to join the team and play a big role in our exciting journey. 

    We are HQ’d in the UK and we have a great office in London SW10. In the UK we have a team of 5 with a flat management structure. We have a fast growing staff of 110 people internationally.

    We created Smart Working because:

    • The skill gap between developed and developing economies has disappeared while the pay gap is huge.
    • Technological advancements mean that remote staff can deliver value as if they are in the same office.
    • In an increasingly globalised, post coronavirus world, building teams remotely is the new norm.

    Role:

    • As a Business Development Specialist your focus will be to make sales. 
    • You will speak to directors about our offering and explain why it is a great fit for their business.
    • You will not have to generate your own leads, you will have your own Lead Generator.
    • You will target leads primarily through calling.
    • Leads will also be targeted through sequencing, emailing and LinkedIn using state of the art tools.
    • Once someone is interested you will guide them through each step of the process.
    • When you win a business as a client every extra role they hire through us will belong to you and will bring you significant commission.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and nurture relationships with prospects. 
    • Manage the whole sales process - from initial outreach to closing.
    • Maintain strong long term relationships with your customers.

    You:

    • Sales experience is a bonus - not essential. We care much more about who you are!
    • Are highly ambitious, energetic and determined.
    • Have a desire to earn large commissions.

    Salary:

    • £40,000 base
    • On target earnings £65k + (uncapped)
    • Generous Quarterly sales and margin prizes
