I am the founder of YJCollective, a tech & design collective made of individuals who love working in impact, sharing their experience, and learning new skills. YJCollective has existed since 2020 and has helped 7 startups and medium-sized companies launch their new product and optimise existing products while supporting their growth and investment. 

What's interesting?

Members of our collective have been working hard on an internal project when not in the contract (or on the bench, as we say in consulting). The project in stealth mode will be launched soon to address problems in the freelance & flexible work ecosystem. 

Our mission

Give a chance to millions of individuals kicking off their careers and allow companies to access this talent pool quickly, flexibly, and safely. It's predicted that the freelance/self-employed workforce will represent a third of all workers in the next decade and be worth $10 billion (collective/freelance teams, I mean here). 

The opportunity

I am open to partnering with someone who would lead this venture, perhaps spinning it out of YJCollective (now or in the future). The ideal person should have either exited a previous startup & looking for their next venture OR have a solid experience with a scaleup or consultancy company. 

You'll bring your energy, passion, know-how and network. We are currently self-funded, post-revenue, and looking to raise funding in the next few months.

• Help to raise funding
• Hiring in sales, marketing and client success
