Jitai Health is an established health technology company with an MVP, signed commercial deals and an ongoing relationship with the NHS. 

Our app provides support to people to overcome cravings as they undergo healthy behaviour change (quitting smoking, quitting or reducing drinking, sex and love addiction, vaping, etc) and we are running an Innovate UK funded project to discover the signals that predict cravings, and we have a second Innovage UK grant coming in April to fund our regulatory pathway. 

We're looking for a new CTO or CPO, our current CTO remains on good terms with the company and will provide a handover and ongoing support as and when. We're flexible about the specific skillset as we are raising and hope to be able to hire soon. 

CTO
We need an entrepreneurial, hands on full-stack developer. You don't need to have health technology experience but it's an advantage. As mentioned, we have regulatory support funding so you will be upskilled significantly in this role. 

CPO
We're looking for a product visionary, someone with a stellar track record of getting deep into the minds of their customers to find out how they think and building extraordinary products that fit their target market like a glove.

Personal qualities we value are openness, a love of solving problems creatively, a vision to build a product that can and will change lives, and a track record of building scalable processes as companies scale quickly. 

There are two other co-founders, a consultant psychiatrist with ten years of experience across public and private healthcare, and a commercial and marketing strategist with eight years of experience building commercially successful start ups as an early employee across Europe, IL and the US. 

The company has participated in three accelerators, and is well networked with good relationships in the NHS and the entrepreneurial scene in London. 

We are raising our pre-seed, but have commercial deals to deliver now, so we anticipate this role will be equity only to start, transitioning to a low salary equal to the other full-time founders and then steadily increasing as we hit our milestones. This is a co-founder role so it will be a fair equity slice. 

You'll be hitting the ground running, with a product manager and product designer, and an immediate roadmap to be delivered over the next three months. We hope to have development support by the time you join too. After that, you'll have ownership and freedom to help us deliver our vision of improving global health equity by providing a high, consistent standard of care at an affordable price point for everyone.
