Purpose of the Job: 

• To develop and manage an efficient supply chain for Pasta Evangelists, enabling a smarter and more dynamic level of operation to be achieved.
• To support and liaise with cloud kitchens, CPU, suppliers and distributors as the team progresses towards building the most robust supply chain possible
  
  

What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists: 

• Managing the Supply Chain Analysts on a day to day basis to ensure smooth running of logistics
• Create the Pasta Evangelist supply chain strategy in line with the company vision
• Day to day problem solving within the supply chain to support our Cloud Kitchens and CPU operations
• Analyzing and reviewing the data from the shipping and delivery processes to find any issues that may be a blocker
• Support of the purchasing process for example; providing volumes, MOQ and lead times 
• Maintaining the supply chain inventory and records by managing internal trackers, volume and spend.
• Support new menu/SKU/RM launch process, making sure supply chain systems and spreadsheets are kept updated
• Build and manage good relationships from an operational perspective with suppliers and distributors in order to support & improve the service to our customers (Retail/DTC/CPU and Cloud Kitchens)
• Evaluate and drive our internal Supply Chain KPIs (distribution costs, labor spend  and service level)  
• Manage and own demand forecasting so that RM’s are ordered on time to maintain high service levels 
• Challenge the status quo, make  sure we are living and breathing continuous improvement daily
  
  

Who you are:

• Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
• Qualified to A-level as a minimum, preferably to degree level or equivalent
• Able to work proactively
• Reliable, trustworthy & level headed
• Confident in challenging suppliers & service providers
• Computer literate & competent with word processing, powerpoint and excel
• An ability to engage internal and external partners through sound communication skills.
• Good analytical skills & excellent eye for detail 
• Creative problem solver
