We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Chapter Lead to join our team at Entrepreneurs Collective. As Chapter Lead, you will work closely with our central events team to plan, manage, and execute a wide range of events, including medium to large-scale events. With a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences on the night and driving membership requestes. You will be a vital member of our fast-paced and entrepreneurial team and the face of our Bristol Chapter. 

Working Hours:

Our events calendar is dynamic and always evolving so the role is flexible around the exact timings. Hours will vary depending on breakfast, lunch or evening events as well as video calls with the London head office so we need a candidate who can be flexible to accommodate the schedule. As Chapter Lead you will be responsible for delivery of your local events (around 1 per month) but will have the full backing our the central team. This role can easily fit alongside another full time role (provided you have a bit of flexibility with that full time role.)

Responsibilities:

• Event Host: Welcoming guests, acting as main point of contacton the night
• Coordination: Work closely with venue partners, sponsors, speakers, and VIP guests to ensure seamless event execution.
• Venue Scout & Liaison: Seek out suitable new locations and negotiate  
• Communication: Feed into social media, newsletters, and other communication channels to increase event registrations.
• Innovation: Explore new event formats and delivery methods to enhance the event experience.
• Membership Sales : Our events not only support our existing members but as we expand into a new geogrpahy your role will be to showcase our member benefits, solicite applications, generate new enquires and close sales.

Qualifications:

• Events Hosting/Public Speaking Experience
• Startup/Entrepreneurial Experience: Either as a founder or an investor (or both)
• Events Organisation Experience
• Team player: Ability to work effectively with a team and take on new tasks quickly.
• Versatile: Ability to adapt to changing situations and take on multiple roles.
• Passionate: Strong passion for both entrepreneurship and start-ups as well as events and a desire to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
