Hi, I am starting my second company, a Japan-inspired plant-based food brand in the UK, and I am currently looking for a co-founder. I got a pre-seed investment a few months ago and will receive an additional investment once a co-founder is found.

I am looking for candidates with these skills and experiences or something equivalent.

Good to have
- 5+ year experience at a food start-up in a manager role 
- 5+ year experience of on/offline marketing at FMCG brand 
- 5+ year experience as a patisserie
- 3+ year experience at a cafe/retail franchise as a manager
