Marketing Co-Founder for edtech company at Cookdomgo back to Co-Founder Roles
Cookdom is a UK based consumer edtech platform that aims to make culinary learning accessible and affordable to all. With a gamified look and spirit, we offer courses in every major cooking style, wine, cheese and all gastronomy disciplines through our progressive learning tools.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Co-founder to join the core team. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that will drive growth and engagement for Cookdom. You will be responsible for creating low-cost high-impact marketing campaigns in the Instafest (https://www.instafest.app/) fashion. You will also work closely with all team members to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's online learning programs and tools
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop campaigns to target these audiences
- Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization
- Manage the company's website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and user-friendly
- Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to create and distribute high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, and webinars
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners
- Represent the company at conferences and events
The Marketing Co-founder will receive sweat equity for now with a vesting scheme and a salary when investors get on board. As a co-founder, you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the direction of the company and the edtech sector. You will work with a passionate and dedicated team that is committed to making a positive impact on the world.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Edtech industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for education and making a positive impact on the world
