Role Summary 

As part of our expansion, Megamac is seeking an eager and intelligent part-time Apple Focused Technical Candidate to support our Apple deployment at one of our large corporate clients' sites.

This is a multifaceted position that will give the right candidate exposure to different areas of the business. The ideal person will be passionate about Apple products, love to help others, with strong computer based skills and a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll be a key member of our team and you’ll receive training, coaching and support along the way. 

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to learn valuable business skills and practises, working directly with the company Founder, in a scaling, start-up environment. 

The Ideal Candidate

• ​​Interest in Apple products, Android products and new emerging technology products.
• Recently graduated or current masters/undergraduate/part-time student. 
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Proactive, a fast learner and not afraid to try new things.
• Adaptable and open to a start-up working environment.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.

Details

• Salary: £11.05 - £12.95 per hour, depending on experience.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Minimum of 2 days per week.
• Location: The role will be based at our office in Central London.
