We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded co-founder to join our direct-to-consumer scented candle start-up with a strong ethical and sustainability focus. As a co-founder, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company and bringing our vision to life.

You will be supported by a small but highly experienced team of serial entrepreneurs, influencers, and operators who have built multiple multi-million-pound start-ups.

The business is in its very early stages so initially part-time as we develop a GTM, funding, and execution plan.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the founding team to develop and execute the company's overall strategy, including product development, funding, marketing, and operations.
• Oversee the development and launch of new scented candle products, ensuring they align with the company's brand and mission.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners to ensure the company's success.
• Work closely with the team to analyse data and make data-driven decisions to optimize the company's growth and profitability.

• Proven track record of success in a start-up environment, with experience in product development, marketing, and operations.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate and inspire a team to achieve shared goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for scented candles, wellness, sustainability, and tasteful design
• This is initially a part-time position and our start-up is in its early stages. As such, you should be comfortable with a flexible work schedule and be willing to wear multiple hats to help the company succeed.
