We are looking for two motivated individuals to join our fast-growing startup in London as Sales Development Representatives. This is an entry-level role with 0-3 experience required, making it the perfect opportunity for fresh graduates seeking to launch a career in Sales. The position offers a base salary of £25k, as well as commission and share options in the rapidly growing company. The company also provides on-the-job training and an open career progression path.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads by reaching potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods
• Contribute to developing a pipeline strategy for new customer acquisition
• Follow up with leads to ensure they keep moving through the sales funnel
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products and services
• Record customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Working closely with Account Managers to onboard new clients

Requirements

• You graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• You have some experience within a sales / customer service environment (this could even be in retail or hospitality)
• You have exceptional communication skills and can build rapport in the first 30 seconds of a call
• You are a self-starter. You don’t need to be ‘managed’ by your manager and are excited to learn quickly in a fast-paced and fun environment
• You’re patient, empathetic and a humble team player
• You have familiarity with CRM systems and practices
