We are looking for motivated German Speaking Sales Representatives for a large and growing company based around the Cambridge area! As a German speaking Sales Representative, you will have a vital role in bringing in new business. The company has grown exponentially across Europe and is aiming to grow even faster! The successful candidate speaks German as a second language (to a professional level) and will have the option to travel across Europe occasionally for events and networking.
- Conducting market research for potential customers, including networking to identify key decision makers
- Doing cold outreach via calls and emails
- Responding to inbound enquiries and developing relationships with potential customers
- Presenting the company’s products via various channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Teams etc.)
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to move qualified leads through the pipeline
- Following up with leads to ensure they keep moving through the sales funnel
- Maintain customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system
- You graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field
- You have 1-3 years experience within Sales (particularly calling customers)
- You are good with numbers and can calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages accurately.
- You have some experience or knowledge of mechanical related products
- You have exceptional conversational skills - and can build rapport in the first 30 seconds of a call
- You’re a "doer" who is impatient for action but patient with results
- You’re resilient, can take rejection easily
- You are genuinely excited about generating the company additional revenue
- You have familiarity with CRM systems and practices
