About the role

The Technical Solutions Consultant will possess the experience and techniques to help deliver great products that delight our clients. You will be tasked with managing our clients' projects from requirement gathering to successful deployment, working directly with brands on custom features and advanced promotion experiences that get added to our backlog and delivered by our engineering team using Uniqodo’s technology.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the skills and experience to create a smooth running client project delivery function at Uniqodo with a desire to move into a full product manager position in the future. You will work alongside a passionate team of Account Managers, Software Engineers and the company founders, reporting directly to the CTO.



  • Manage client projects to deliver custom features and advanced promotion experiences from inception to delivery.
  • Gather requirements from clients and work closely with the engineering team to translate into highly detailed technical epics and specifications.
  • Provide technical support to the account management team in project conversations and clearly communicate technical solutions to less technical areas of the business. 
  • Provide accurate and timely answers to questions raised by the engineering team in relation to client projects.
  • Effectively manage client expectations and ensure realistic deadlines are met through good communication with both the client and the engineering team.
  • Prioritise and book client projects into Sprints based on the available engineering resources.
  • Evaluate and effectively address design trade-offs and decide on the best solution for the client and the business.
  • Organise and lead our client project refinement sessions.

Skills and Experience

Required Skills

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong mix of technical & client-facing skills.
  • Good  understanding of how the Web works.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to find simple solutions to complex requests.
  • Good attention to detail - ability to find gaps and inconsistencies in project briefs.
  • Excellent communications skills and capable of quickly understanding a problem that is presented and being able to answer it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to use product knowledge to produce a sound solution to project requirements.


Desired Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce industry

  • Background in software development or engineering
