The role:

We're looking for a Tech Lead to join our Software Development function. You will be writing code, as well as working closely with our overseas development team and Head of Product to implement our roadmap and enhance our Software Development Life Cycle.

Key requirements:

• You are a full-stack Engineer with at least 6+ years working with RoR in a professional context in the software development industry.
• Degree educated, preferably in computer science or similar
• High proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React + jQuery, mySQL, Java script, AWS
• Experience owning a product
• Excellent communicator
• Fluent English
• Desire to build out the tech team
• Previous experience working in a start-up (desirable)
• Previous experience working in Health Tech (desirable)
