    Detailed-orientated, loves organisation, a fast paced environment and a team player? Then our operations coordinator role could be for you!

     

     

    Location: Waterloo, London (office-based role - some flexibility post probation)

    Salary: £24K - £26K (Depending on experience)

    Working Day and Time: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm (alternate between team) Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday (advanced day in Lieu for Saturday work)

    An exciting opportunity for a organised and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic and rapidly growing Sales Operations Team. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and boost our capacity to deliver exceptional service to both tenants and landlords.

    This core of this role is coordaining our Sales Associate travel itineraries, managing landlord appointments, provide up to date information to prospective renters as well as managing all property access. The Operations Coordinator is a key to the team working effectively so an ability to work quickly with high attention to detail is key.

    Role and Opportunities:

    Include but not limited to…

    • Building rapport and managing relationships with both landlords and tenants to ensure that our scheduled events happen without any issues
    • Manage our events through the CRM system (confirming and updating the correct information)
    • Feed back any relevant information to different teams regarding ongoing viewing requests
    • Coordinate Sales Associate's travel itineraries and manage all events in the calendar
    • Make sure that customers are always up to date with the latest, most relevant information regarding their appointments
    • Consistently look for opportunities to increase the number of viewings that can be delivered by our Sales Team
    • Manage WhatsApp for business accounts, ensuring that customers are provided with accurate information, and calls to action where required.
    • Conduct regular audits on all relevant information regarding properties and access providers to ensure the system is up to date
    • Liaise with teams in the business to help with securing access for all appointments
    • Updating Sales Associates, renters, and landlords if there are any changes
    • Responding promptly and professionally to calls and emails to make sure that customer queries are dealt with according to our best practices
    • Help with the development of the department by taking part in ad hoc project work that will add value to current processes and customer experience

    • Excellent interpersonal skills - You must be well-equipped to deal with the urgency during what is a stressful time for landlords and tenants and manage any issues with sensitivity and diplomacy
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Great decision-making and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional written and spoken verbal communication skills
