We are a UK company with a digital nomad set up working from different places around the globe, with a small but growing office in Cape Town.

YOU ARE...

a senior, multi-talented all-rounder in marketing and digital marketing. You are both, creative and KPI driven, and able to solve any problem by yourself – with a sense of urgency. You are hands on and proficient with all digital marekting platforms, but eager to grow into a leadership role and possibly become our CMO.

Required

• Creative marketing mind, able to connect with clients through non-conventional ideas
• All-rounded proficiency in every aspect of digital marketing
• Entrepreneurial mindset and keen to work in a small team of an early stage company
• At least 7y experience in marketing / digital marketing
• Leadership skills and experience
• At least 5y experience in creating and executing B2C marketing strategies
• Numbers and KPI-driven
• Very hands on, especially in the beginning
• Growth mindset and self-driven, high energy
• Problem solver with a sense of urgency

Great to have

• Thorough understanding of all aspects of branding, visual eye
• Technical skills wherever there is an overlap with marketing
• A good sense of humor, curious, in love with live
