We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented personal assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to support our team in various administrative tasks. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing tasks and schedules for senior members of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules and appointments for senior members of the company
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Run errands and handle various administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
This is a full-time personal assistant position with competitive salary and benefits.
