About then role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about building and evolving products which delight users. For someone with a thirst for data and who is eager to leverage this to drive product prioritisation decisions, whos willing to experiment and learn. This is the ideal time to join us in an exciting role where you can help shape the future products of our marketplace, with the scope to grow fast as the company does!
What you will do
- Own the roadmap and prioritise development efforts across one or more product(s)
- Measure and report KPIs, using these to drive product prioritisation decisions for your product(s)
- Prioritisation and trade-off between different product priorities (working with stakeholders across Sales, Growth, Design, Customer Success, Engineering)
- Gather user feedback/research & external market research to ensure competitive advantage and product market fit (working closely with the design team)
- Break down product requirements into user stories for your products
- Ensure design and engineering teams are aligned and delivering to stakeholder expectations and user needs
- Ensure high quality product releases by driving testing (QA)
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to define, optimise and product-ise processes and features to streamline operations and enable scale
- Go-to-market planning for new features and management post-launch (working with support, marketing and growth teams)
- Triage bug reports to help with diagnosis and resolution of issues with our products
- Ensure product documentation is kept up to date for your products
What you will need
- Some experience of product management
- An understanding of lean + agile development methodologies
- An understanding of digital products (B2B/ B2C)
- An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach
- The ability to create and optimise efficient processes and workflows
- The ability to translate user feedback (bugs, insights, user journeys) into actionable insights
- Ability to think strategically and creatively under uncertainty and pressure
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal communication
- An interest in user experience and drive to ensure the end customer experience is always considered in balance with commercial and engineering constraints
