We have property hosts in over 420 cities worldwide and partners like ZipCar and Nespresso we're already taking the world by storm.

We are now looking for a rockstar Admin Support intern who is willing to grow with us whilst developing some serious communication skills.

We are looking for a dedicated intern to assist us in our business development endeavours as we are experiencing strong growth and have exciting plans for the upcoming months!

Internship Purpose:

To develop your skills during the next 6-12 months.To acquire experience by working with a startup in the new world of sharing economy.

The Role:

We are growing fast and need your to help execute our Admin Support function and assist the overall business.You will be involved in various areas of which will allow you to develop various key skills very quickly.

Requirements:

Studying at Uni/Degree educated (BA or BSc) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Digitally savvy.

Business level English.

Open, friendly, team player with strong communicative skills.

Areas of Responsibility:

Reporting to the CEO and Head of Global Development; working alongside the sales team.

Responsibilities include:

- Listing creation.

- Email handling.

- Customer onboarding.

- Diary assistance.

- Supporting the leadership function.

Working with Ofixu:

Please note that the role will pay a stub for expenses and travel/commuting costs. We intend to hire new talent very soon and would like someone to fill in this role permanently, so the opportunity exists from day one!
