We are looking for a co-founder.  

Bulk Supermarket is unique and one of the world’s largest online wholesale retailers. We specialise in the direct delivery of case/ bulk-sized grocery products and provide our B2B and B2C customers with a cost effective, convenient, quick and easy solution. 

We stock a carefully curated range of over 5000 grocery products from the brands you know and love. This includes a full range of Groceries, confectionery, soft drinks, Health & wellbeing, Toiletries, Household products, paper goods & Alcohol etc. 

We have access to over 30,000 sku’s through our supply partners. We are one of the fastest growing in our sector and trend setting.

Who are we looking for 

As our Co-Founder, you'll be one of the driving forces and You'll be responsible for: 

Help us scale the business to the next level. 

Help us ensure we have the right team on-board and work as a sounding board to the founder. 

Ensure we have a right strategy on-board. 

Ensure the KPI is set and the strategy is achieved on a timely manner 

Ensure the operational procedure and efficiency in the business. 

Ensure we are maximising revenue on all the E-commerce channels both in the UK and overseas. 

Ensure we are maximising all other income opportunities. 

Help the business for fund raising for the growth.  

Bring creativity and vision to the business model. 

Help us evolve into a leading unique marketplace. 

Who do we need 

• Suitable co-founder must have an excellent E-commerce knowledge, ideally in the FMCG sector and commercial awareness. Must be able to work on most of the above 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in launching and scaling companies. 
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical 
• Ability to work independently and take initiative. 

• Passionate about FMCG industry

Salary 

This will start based on equity - we may be able to pay something small to keep you going. However, the business is looking to raise finance, once this is done, we will be able to agree further. 

We're not an early-stage start-up anymore. 

He/ She will be working few hours (TBA) a week remotely/ in person where necessary. This is a lucrative opportunity with an excellent incentive.
