Job Title: Customer Success Manager (B2B)
We are a rapidly growing B2B2C fitness app - GoJoe - which has clients including PwC, Amazon, Diageo, PayPal, etc. Our app is a hybrid consumer and B2B app, providing social fitness solutions for workplaces including via our innovative virtual team challenges, content from Olympians and experts and social, gamified functionality.
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing our B2B client base. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, working closely with the CEO and head of content to scale and grow our business rapidly.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for B2B clients, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships
- Understand clients' business needs and provide strategic advice on how to best use our app to achieve their goals
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing clients
- Conduct product demos and training sessions for clients to ensure optimal usage of our app
- Monitor client usage and provide regular reports to clients on their performance
- Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to the product team to improve the app's functionality and features
- Be involved in marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention among B2B clients
- Manage and coordinate customer success initiatives to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements:
- Some experience in B2B customer success or account management roles, preferably in a SaaS environment (but not essential)
- A passion or interest in wellbeing - or even a background in it - would be hugely beneficial
- Excellent communication and confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with client
- Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing is a plus but not essential
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and willingness to execute
