Hormona is a venture backed, data-driven Femtech company located between London & Stockholm. We're on a mission to revolutizing women's health by helping women to take control of their hormones. We're a small and ambitious team looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our ambitious team.

The Opportunity✨

Hormona's small but ambitions team is building a solution for women to finally manage their hormones with confidence. We are looking for a Graphic Designer that can work closely with our Digital Marketer to create creative ads, instagram posts and marketing material.

What you'll do 🚀

• Design marketing material such as Facebook ads, Instagram Ads 
• Create engaging and beautiful posts for our followers on instagram
• Brainstorm with our Head of Commercial of how to improve our current messaging.
• Continuously iterate the design based on user feedback and data
• Continue developing and maintain our brandbook
• Conduct user research & interviews using sketches, blueprints, and prototypes
• Present ideas and results

What we are looking for 🤓

• 1+ years of experience creating engaging graphic material
• You are highly skilled in Adobe, Figma 
• Experience working with multiple platforms: Web, mobile, socials
• You have strong visual skills
• Your comfortable in doing user testing & interviews, synthesize the results and present them to stakeholders
• You're able to see the full picture as well as deep dive into smaller details
• Knowledge of accessibility and design systems best practices
• A passion for photography and creating your own content
• Excellent communication skills
• You thrive in a culture where ownership and freedom is key
• Have an optimistic can-do attitude
