We have exciting food content creators signed up to our platform with a cumulative reach of over 700k followers.  

    We are  seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team. As the CMO, you will be responsible for leading the marketing and recruitment and onboarding team, driving our brand strategy, and overseeing all marketing efforts to promote our products and services.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Lead and manage the marketing and recruitment and onboarding team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
    • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events, to generate awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and drive product adoption.
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, and track and report on marketing performance and ROI.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and continuously identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the influencer or food-tech industry.
    • Strong expertise in marketing strategy, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and branding.
    • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring marketing teams.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing data and insights to inform decision-making.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
