Livetree is a blockchain based social network composed of a mobile app and desktop website.

We are searching for a proactive and organized Business Analyst to join Livetree and further grow our product.

Responsibilities

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and user satisfaction

· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

· Develop products aligned with Livetree’s mission to promote the growth of the company

· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting users’ objectives

· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing users

· Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

· Identify problems concerned with business strategy, policy, organisation, procedures, methods and markets.

· Provide business analysis

Requirements

· Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

· Experience in and knowledge of the web2 and web 3 media industry

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

· Proficiency in English

· Market knowledge

· Communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to build rapport

· Time management and planning skills
