    Responsibilities

    We are looking for Community Support staff that will join that mission and help us with engaging with our rapidly growing community. Initially, that will be a Consultant role and upon successful work over 90 days can transition to a full-time role.

     

    You will be responsible for:

    1. Answering email support tickets from customers (~100 / day)
    2. Adding recurrent knowledge to our Support Manual (an internal guide and knowledge base for answering support questions
    3. Providing ideas for Improving the support experience for users
    4. Being an active member and moderator of our community

     

    Qualifications

    We do not require any formal experience, certifications or degrees. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are: self-starters, value kindness and understanding in their professional approach, as well as have excellent writing and communication skills in English. 

     

    Nevertheless, it would be a benefit if:

    • You have experience in customer support, especially in using Zendesk (or similar) and engaging with users on Discord, 
    • Have previous experience working in a startup
    • Are interested in the subject of AI (voice AI or otherwise)
