Responsibilities
We are looking for Community Support staff that will join that mission and help us with engaging with our rapidly growing community. Initially, that will be a Consultant role and upon successful work over 90 days can transition to a full-time role.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering email support tickets from customers (~100 / day)
- Adding recurrent knowledge to our Support Manual (an internal guide and knowledge base for answering support questions
- Providing ideas for Improving the support experience for users
- Being an active member and moderator of our community
Qualifications
We do not require any formal experience, certifications or degrees. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are: self-starters, value kindness and understanding in their professional approach, as well as have excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Nevertheless, it would be a benefit if:
- You have experience in customer support, especially in using Zendesk (or similar) and engaging with users on Discord,
- Have previous experience working in a startup
- Are interested in the subject of AI (voice AI or otherwise)
