You must already have a stable income that fully supports you, this is vital as this is a role that will require building before profit is seen. This is a role for someone that can see themselves helping to build a company from the ground up. This is not a typical job that will give you a guaranteed salary every month, but it has the potential to give you an opportunity to build a successful business and share your success as one of the founding members of staff.  

As a successful Director of Business Development (DBD), you will work to identify prospective clients, understand their needs and offer them competitive solutions to their business problems, whilst building strong long-lasting business relationships with the clients. This position focuses specifically on developing new business relationships and generating revenue by offering our marketing, branding, and design solutions. 

Adrastichyperlink is a brand strategy design consultancy that helps companies create a voice that speaks to their target customers through design and innovative campaigns. With experience in animation, graphics, web design, and brand development. Our staff has a collective experience level of over 50 years, working with some of the biggest industry names such as Sky, Universal, and Unilever.  

What will you be doing  

• Achieve growth and sales targets 
• You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing sales and networking strategies to develop new business, grow client base and client spend  
• You will work closely with the management team to discuss and develop ideas and strategies to achieve your objective 
• Develop an effective understanding of the competitive advantages of our clients using our services  
• Organise and run quality client conversations

As this is not a role with a fixed salary and we are just starting out, initially you will get paid out of the profits of the company. However, once business picks up and we become established, your role and pay will also become more established. This can be negotiated by you, according to your performance.
