We are looking for a dedicated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional account management.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your client base.
- Develop a deep understanding of Cadabra.ai's product offerings and AI tools to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of our solutions.
- Monitor and analyze client account performance, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
