Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced CTO or Senior Developer to join our team and help us take our product to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team and the vision to guide our company through the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team and oversee all technical aspects of the product
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the product's functionality and scalability
• Collaborate with the executive team to align product development with business goals
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve product performance and user experience
• Manage the product development timeline and ensure deadlines are met
• Mentor and train team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical recommendations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns
• Experience with web and mobile app development, cloud computing, and database management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Right to work in the UK
• NATO country national
