Are you passionate about blockchain and Web3, with a creative mind and a desire to make a real impact? I'm seeking an ambitious Co-Founder to join me in launching a cutting-edge creative agency specializing in Blockchain and Web3 technologies.

With a decade of experience in Digital Agencies and five years scaling up the marketing function in a top-tier, globally distributed crypto firm, I see a market gap for a high-quality creative agency that confidently navigates this space. As the industry matures, this presents a prime opportunity to excel and potentially merge with an established player in the traditional agency space at a later date as our exit strategy. 

Whilst I’m not opposed to concepts such as ‘growth hacking’ or leveraging AI this and similar terms are synonymous with the players that operate within the space at present, whereas the deliberate, more ‘adult’ approach to marketing that dominates outside of this space and where traditional agencies shine is decidedly lacking, but increasingly demanded as clients in the space become more established and the regulatory parameters within which they operate more defined.

Starting an agency is a challenging task, but I'm committed to making incremental steps towards success. I can support the bootstrapping phase and initial client acquisition while working my day job until the venture becomes viable. I encourage you to consider a similar approach as we drive this project forward.

I'm open to hearing from anyone who thinks they could be a good partner in this venture, but the most obvious skill gap to fill is the Creative Director role. If you believe you can bridge this gap, I'd be particularly interested in hearing from you. With our combined networks and expertise, I'm excited to explore the potential of this endeavor. I anticipate this venture operating mostly remotely, but if you are within reach of London that would be a bonus from time to time.
